Norman Frankel: Managing Director

As Mobile Commerce Director at LogicaCMG, encompassing wireless Payments and wireless Internet Solutions, Norman Frankel was instrumental in successfully selling micropayment assignments in Europe to Vodafone UK, T-Mobile Group, O2 Group, FT Orange Group, Telefonica Group, KPN Group, Swisscom, Telfort and to mobile operators in Asia. Prior to LogicaCMG, Norman was Head of New Media for NatWest Group delivering Card Payment Services technology led innovations in the Customer Relationship Management, E-payments and M-Commerce area. Later becoming the model for Virgin Mobile, Norman pioneered a pre-paid focused mobile virtual network operator business concept, he also led due to dilligence for a digital rights management clearing house Margex which later became micropayments service provider NatWestFastPay and he also pioneered an electronic recharge service model as Europe's first bank driven recharge bureau.

Glen Jennison: Managing Director - Near East, Africa and Russia

Glen’s Payments and Transportation background spans 20 years, delivering complex International Banking, Payments & Clearing, Transport and Internet in and out-source programmes. He has delivered and run on a P&L basis, full service operations in Moscow and South Africa for ACI Worldwide; back office systems and business process outsourcing in Mumbai, India for bmi – Heathrow’s second largest full service airline and set up international operations for micro-payments specialist Magex. In Transportation, he had responsibility for the National Rail Smart card and E-Purse program, implementing new ticketing / fulfilment technologies for all 26 Train. Operators in the UK at ATOC. Prior to ATOC, Glen led 275 staff and a £120m budget as Head of IT & Deputy IT Director at Network Rail responsible for Application Delivery, Operations, Professional Services and Account Mgmt. In Payments, Glen was Vice President of IT & Operations at Magex, a micro-payments £50m buy out business from NatWest Bank. Responsibilities included product development such as Digital Rights Management (DRM), Content payment, Billing, Electronic Purse and set up of offices in UK, New York and San Francisco. His experience includes: Regional Delivery Manager at ACI responsible for set-up of operations in Russia, Poland and South Africa; Programme Manager at NatWest responsible for redeveloping Streamline’s merchant systems for card management and multiple card payments projects developing many first’s: a supermarket credit card; a Visa procurement card, an E-Purse clearing system and a back office workflow system for Merchant Acquisition.

Steve Britton: Director of Sales

A board member of Mi-Pay, the leading mobile money company, Steve is responsible for securing new opportunities for high demand, customer facing mobile payments solutions with mobile operators, MVNO’s and financial institutions across Asia, Europe and Middle East. With 20 years experience in the payments industry, Steve has helped drive many innovative business ventures; including heading up Cable & Wireless’s ‘Telebusiness’ solutions group and the establishment of a payments processing business with DCTI Inc. Prior to joining Mi-Pay, Steve started-up Vesta Europe, securing service contracts with a number of European mobile operators, including, Meteor, O2, Vodafone Spain and Tele-2.

James Daniel: Director of Product Management

James Daniel has worked in payments and mobile commerce for 12 years, and has specialised in mobile payments for the last 7 years. He has developed and launched payment solutions for financial institutions and mobile operators. He has provided practical consultancy on strategy and design to a number of large mobile operators, both in EuropeMiddle East. and Asia Pacific. His experience in m-Commerce includes business and technical analysis and requirements, strategy papers, process flows, third party vendor assessments, high-level design, and functional and technical specifications. He has also spoken at a number of conferences on mobile payments and commerce. Prior to specialising in Mobile Payments, James worked in Retail Payments, developing interfaces to the major card schemes, and deploying ATM and POS systems in the

Gary Morgan: Chief Compliance Officer

Gary Morgan has over 10 years of experience within the security industry, at corporate governance and detailed IT levels. He has worked within the financial services, wireless and local government sectors, architecting and delivering various types of security-related programmes. At Prepayment Cards Limited, a dominant player in the local government Citizen Cards market, Gary was the Security Manager, responsible for all corporate and project security requirements, covering security sub-systems, smart-card life cycle management, audit and legislative compliance. As UK Consultancy Manager for smart card manufacturer Gemplus Ltd,Gary provided expertise in security and e-commerce to the telecommunications, banking and IT corporate markets covering projects such as EMV migration, secure on-line gaming, and smart card strategy definitions. Six years with NatWest Bank Group IT Security and Cards IT included responsibility for the Bank's migration of its security architecture to UKIS (EMV) delivering security for card personalisation and acquisition. Additional experience includes BS7799, DPA, security protocols and PKI, smart card technologies and SIM-centric security models for mobile commerce.
