
Mi-Pay's approach seeks to solve two of the most important challenges of micro-finance institutions:
Mi-Pay supports MFI's to improve their ability to distribute loans (funds) and manage the collection of loan repayments by integrating secure mobile web and phone technology into their loan management service to compliment the MFI's current systems. We also enable an MFI to offer its agents additional revenue opportunities by integrating prepaid phone recharge and bill payment services into their core service. The solution can also be used by NGO's wishing to make payments to agents and employees "in the field".
By working with Mi-Pay, agents can always have up to date information on their phones and should be able to handle many more clients in a much more efficient manner than can be handled on paper. Further more, under the Mi-Pay system, we provide clients with access to a secure Business Intelligence portal that provides a rich source of data on all transactions, both on an individual basis and through a series of custom designed trend analysis reports.
