Through Mi-Pay, current paper-based services can be augmented or even replaced with mobile phone applications and other data services utilising voice, SMS and USSD to provide a range of client branded mobile solutions for collecting information in the field.
The service is also designed to be used by NGO's wishing to make payments to agents and employees "in the field" and handles all client management from a mobile phone securely interfacing to the loans administration system or other back-office applications.
